Self study implies studying yourself without aid of a tutor or some other guide. This requires fixation of target, deciding study time, revising what you have studies and self examination.

I think google is best way to study self. you can search lot of thing of related topics to get your answers and materials.

I think self-study is possible in subjects in which you have a natural inclination.

Studying yourself is self- study, with out any person's help, and using internet you can gain good knowledge on any subject

The important thing in self study is planning and a very important thing is to follow it.

It calls for determination of a strong kind to learn by yourself and the main problem is the time horizon.If you have an exam then you can't afford to compeltely depend on yourself if self-study is not producing satisfactory results!

Sarala, Self study needs references and i think many time you may not get help from other people who already studied due to different reasons. :unsure: It is my personal experience that even lectures cannot help you if it is advance level of education, It is best way to refer resources and online guides for understanding any topic rather that waiting for a person to explain. :)

though we do self study there should be little guidance of the expert. Without any guidance no one can do self study. There are rare cases in which we can do on our own without any others help
