eating of daily menti soak the 2 spoons of menthi in water over night and early in the morning drink the water and eat the menthi so it reduces the diabeties :lol:
By eating the guava leaves daily take 3 to 4 leaves a day make diabeties under control
Abstaining from physical work and overeating give rise to diabetes. Physical exercise, walking, jogging and diet control are best way to fight diabetes.
there are several medicines in the market which control the sugar level and also injections are there. try to use them.
I think yoga is best to control diabetics and do take sugar more in tea and avoid sweets.
Avoid sugar and sugary foods and also avoid ghee and other related substances as diabetes and cholestrol have very close relation.

To control diabetics one must walk for at least 45 minutes and a proper controlled diet.
