What do you think are the necessary steps to be taken by the traffic police to curb the menace of high speed maniacs on Highways and Main roads during nights?

Dont you think something should be done?It is a threat not only to the ones performing the high speed drive,but also the ones who are the other fellow drivers.

In Countries like the USA,the traffic police sends warning and hand over tickets to over-speeding vehicle drivers.What about in India? We just hear drivers saying "Gaalis"
