Not all C program required more than one function. For simple program one function is enough. That is "Main()" function.


Lvalue means left side declaration or fecting values

EG

int c =a+b

c is called Lvalue

why the name is changed madras to chennai.

he best thing is ...heard somewhere that chennai is not a tamil word but a telugu one (derived from chennapattinam i guess).

It was known as Madarasapattinam/Madhurasapattinam even before any European came to India. It was derived from a local Fisherman's name 'Madarasan' or 'Madhurasan' which means Sweet (Honey) King ("Madhu" + "rasan") in Tamil. Note the name Madurai also has Madhu (Sweet) in it.

Notably the name Chennai is derived from the Telugu person's name "Chennappa Naicker".

The Britishers only shortened Madarasapattinam/Madhurasapattinam to Madras like they shortened Chennapattinam to Chennai.

Its really funny to think that the Government of Tamil Nadu has changed from a Tamil name to a Telugu name and made the older one Foreign. It made Madras appear foriegn and made the telugu name Chennai a tamil name. Intelligent politics but poor welfare.

Why don't the common man apply something called as common sense? I feel that media people are hype and atleast they would have helped the dying policeman,if I was in media,instead of taking a footage of the person,atleast I would have called the ambulance

In Other countries like the USA,within seconds injured people are reached to the hospital;irrespective of their color/caste/region/state ,their first policy is to help them,even a wayward injured animal is rescued and helped.Before talking about the political system and its flaws,let us focus on developing humanitarian niche among us!

good suggestion but why only these suggestions for common people . The rich and the big person are kept in other side of it . they don't follow the rules made by government but make their own rules.
