I don't think so. You can live in this world with trusting people but not all.

If you meant living with trust.Yes, one has to trust in oneself and trust others as living without it would mean a life not worth living!

That's very true! We can't trust everyone and before one's trusted he or she must prove to be trustworthy!

yes it is difficult. making people to trust us is very hard task. so once if any person trust you, never loose it. because once the trust lost then it cannot be obtain again
