This is indeed a good news for all domestic workers especially for maids, servants and other domestic help. I am of the opinion that medical emergency can strike anyone, anytime. Infact, middle class people at time may bear the medical treatment cost in case they fail to have a medical insurance policy, but health insurance is indispensable for individuals below poverty line.
