I think no because since the person is of multiple personalities it cannot be taken seriously about his comment for doing so but if a person without multiple personalities says so then it is something that comes under legal terms as committing suicide is a crime in the eye of law...

A man with multiple personalities is a psychopath and his threat is to be tackled by a psychiatrist and not considered as suicide threat under I.P.C.
