Bodunun statistics says that there are 5225 registered users. But most of them are not active.
Sending newsletters alone will not make them active.
we must do something else.
I request the active members to suggest some ideas to activate the inactive members.

I have given a perfect idea to Maverick. Its now depends upon maverick to tell you or not. I will work on that idea after 28 jan, when my exams will get finish.
Ofcourse newsletter is not the right procedure. After sending newsletter, we should think for another approach from the results of it..
Some members are here to earn money and some are here just to time pass and some of them are to share the knowledge so till any of interest will not create in the member he will not active in this site
One of my referel was passive.Yesterday I showed him the cheque I received from Boddunan and the very noon onwards he began to work!!!So I think those who got cheque can show their friends and invite them to this site.
@abid
awesome!
i appreciate your presence of mind.
We should take from active members to prepare self.

As far my memory goes spanning more than 3 years I have known fewer members excepting Gulshanji,Swetha, Kalyani and a few others who have been consistent in their espousal of the cause of promoting Boddunan and they have been doing without looking to cash credits and other incentives. I knew a few who came, applied for positions of editors, moderators and then vanished into the thin air. They don't even bother themselves with the thought of entering occasional appearances. I think it is good that they don't come as their motives and nature are very much exposed. Let the administration take note and recognize the sterling services of these members and suitably honor them. It's no use inviting members who don't feel like continuing their association with the site. I am sure their numbers would grow when Boddunan achieves the goal of becoming one of the most popular sites in India.
Yes some wants to earn very quickly with some less effort.
I feel that Boddunan is like a school where we learn and also receive some stipend. This sites improves our knowledge and writing skill. Ity is duty of the old members to help the new. A combination of old and new is the ideal strategy. But most important is loyalty and sincerity. The site is not an earning device only. This is a family.
This happens with most of us when we join any site we think of earning more and more money in short period of time but our dream get over when we actually work on that particular site. In my case too I joined few sites to earn money but I know now how difficult it is to earn from these online sites but still I am on the sites but now the intention is different. I don't urge to earn money but I like to have fun from the friends I made through these sites which I value more than money. :) Those who understand it remain on the sites and those who don't vanish away like they never were on the site. I  n my opinion its not possible to bring those inactive members, they will come back of their own once they realise it what I realised.
Yes, you are right many member first become members. They think making money is easy but when they actually working on this site it look quite tough. So they leave this site. Some remain active.

Nothing comes in gold platter. You have to earn your stripes not only here. Anywhere where money earning is there

So. Malayalis from Mallappuram only are eligible to get your help?
@ Basheer Jokes apart, i 'm a new member of 3 months old. But i can suggest the easiest and safest method is to start with Forums. I have seen you commenting on a thread. This way you can get acclimatized with the pulse of the Site. All the best

I would also suggest you to start with participating in the forums and interact with the members over here that way you would know many things about the site. After that you start writing articles. :)
basheer where are you?
