yes touch screen to send msg is very hard an such mobile gets spoile very soon.

I have used few touchscreen phones and I think they are more easy to use as far as typing sms are concerned.In case of difficulty, stylus can be used.

No,in my point of view,using touch screen is easier.Everything is because we are used to in mobiles without touch screen.
