Can the movements of Sh. Anna Hazaare and Baba Ramdev lead to freedom from corruption.

No, it's not possible, but may be to some extend
No, I don't think so. Corruption is deeply rooted in our soil. It is very difficult to remove the same provided with public support along with the Government.
Hazare did nothing against corruption. In fact, film stars and others around him are most corrupt. He is working for Lok Pal Bill only and not against corruption as such.

We need self improvement for removing corruption. Most Indians are corrupt. There is need for mass movement to educate people in this direction. If most people resolve neither to give nor accept illicit money, corruption may be removed.
if we support them and along with these two persons if some ore people take initial steps then of course we can root out the corruption upto some extent
corruption cant be remove by 1 person . all the nation should try to stop it , in taking action who ever cheats. these people dont know why are they fighting for. one more thing ramdev told that if one doesnt pay tax she should be punished by killing him. is that right? i dont agree with this
To remove corruption India has to go a long way and efforts from one or two person is fruitless when there is corruption all around whether it is politics or media. It is also a fact that if corruptions got to be removed then only Indians can remove corruption from India!!!
Corruption will be removed from our society if we the public decide. But we cannot change.Every one thinks his own!
To be pragamtic enough I don't believe a corruption -free world ever existed but the question which needs to addressed is its level. In India it has reached such a level that the very existence of our democracy and existence as nation is at stake.Danger becomes all the more ominous when Kapil Sibal and his like are given th job of drafting Lok Pal Bill!!
The drafting of bills is responsibility of government and so ministers like Kapil Sibal must be involved in drafting bill. The bill will be approved by cabinet and theafter presented to parliaent for discussion, voting and final enactment. we cannot find fault with this parliamentary democratic process.

Kapil Sibal has pointed out that Lok Pal cannot be a parrelel government. However, Lok Pal should be a constitutional authority like Governor of a state, Supreme Court Judge, Chief Election commissioner or Comptroller & Audtor General. Ultimately authority is with parliament. We have well defined system that works on principle of bifurcation of authority between Executive, judiciary and legislature.

Anna Hazare says that he does not want a parellel Government as alleged by Kapil Sibal. However, what he says completely reveals that he is subverting the Indian parliamentary and political system. He advised M.P.s to ascertain views of their electrorate and then form opinion and vote accordingly.

What Anna Hazare says may appear okay prima facie. But suggestion is subversive of democratic institutions. The parliamentary system is based on party system. There is nothing wrong in MPs assessing public opinion. In fact, MPs and political parties all do so. But decisions are taken on party basis. M.P.s vote and take stand on party line. If they do otherwise, this will lead to anarchy and chaos.

We have sent members of parliament and a coalition to parliament. Let them take their independent decision and act accordingly. Undermining elected government and parliament is disservice to democracy and people although this is in guise of fighting corruption.

It also needs be kept in mind that we have representative and not direct democracy. We vote our representatives and then let them do their legislative and administrative job. There is no other way.
Entire nation needs to be awaken and be involved in the movement against corruption. Our citizen have great capabilities and if they get united against theses unwanted corruption, weeding out of such things are very much possible. It will take time but starting from electing right people as our representatives we can act effectively not to allow these filthy things to get cropped up.
A legalistic view of thing would land us no where! What Kapil Sibal has suggested is ridiculous! It's his own figment of imagination that members of civil society want a parallel government! In the name of constitution a lot of things have been done ever since this sacred document came into existence. You just need to go through the a few pages of Shah Commission to understand what could be done in the name of constitution.Let Sibal leave the question of defending constitution to the right thinking people of this country!
what will be the steps to supports them in their movements to prevent corruption.
corruption is hihly found in india so this is not so easy.
In my point of view,,it may change some people but not totally.
corruption is one of the worst thing. One or two men could not remove it from our society to corruption.
It's not at all possible to rid the system of corruption completely unless each of us fight it at our own level!
The issue is raised as to who will remove corruption. Before answering this, we must keep in mind that everyone is selfish. Corruption can be fought by those who are most hit by this. Those earning millions in scam cannot be expecvted to fight. Even petty clerks, engineers, bureaucrats benefiting from corruption will not fight this. Businessmen are also benefited and it is they who corrupt the whole administrative machinery.

In a way, all people are corrupt. If you pay more in bribe than receive, you feel as a loser. So, those who are net losers in the game of bribe may be expected to fight this disorder. Also, the corruption involved in adulteration of food, medicines and inferior construction of roads, building and bridges harms us all physically and endangers our lives. So, most people may fight against such corruption.
i think he has said these words may be he got frustrated by different aspects of corruptions.
The fact is that corruption cannot be removed overnight and we need to go a long way to fight for it. Another bare fact is that corruption exists at all levels and it has its own wide spread branches and if we are going to uproot one, five more new will grow up in no time....
