Stress has become a part of our life. People are more stressful now-a-days. Walking and yoga will certainly help a lot in reducing stress problem which are being faced by everybody.
Yes, I agree that our present life is full of stress and we need to overcome it with healthy diet, exercise and proper sleep.

work and tensions are siblings if we have to perform a task untill it is completed we are in stress . in order to beat it forget all things and concentrate in work only and finish it fast and sleep at night a sound sleep.
It is faced by people of all ages and genders. I think meditation works good for stress.
