Telepathy is a treatment using psychology. Telepathy claims to read another person's mind. This is not true. But there are facial expression and other sources that reveal condition of a patient. If the patient is convinced that the telepathy 'expert' is competent to treat the sickness, some good result may follow. This is nothing but faith healing. Many times, minor illness is cured thanks to inbuilt immune system. It is doubtful whether really critical diseases could be cured by such dubious means.
I think that telepathy is not a recognized system of medicine. The very notion of reading others' mind is bizarre although any one may gather some thing about what goes in a person's mind by facial expressions. By reading another person's mind, one cannot detect disease. So, apparently, there is no such thing as telepathy.
Telepathy does exist but our knowledge in the subject or field is very little. It is a subject which needs due attention in future for the benefit of both the individuals at both ends. Telepathy does exist.
