Lok Pal Panel talks fail in 7th round

The seventh round of talk in the LOk Pal drafting committee consisting of ministers and reresentatives of so called 'civil society' fail. This is not surprising. When ruling UPA does not honor even the constitutional Public Accounts committee and C&AG report given to PAC, there is no reason why the extra constitutional 'civil society' not having valid authorityin Constitution be given any regard. It still goes to credit of UPA that they have agreed to place before parliament views of so called 'civil society' as well while placing authentic Union cabinet draft Lok Pal Bill.
