Fundamental rights of birds and animals

This is very disgusting. It may be easier to ban keeping the birds rather than selling. As told in the story, the wild animal and bird merchants are mafia and they intimidate the forest department officials.

One way to enforce animal and bird right is to punish anyone found in possession of wild animals and birds. If there are no buyers, these mafia will not be able to sell.

Every creature on this earth have a right to live. Fundamental rights relating to animals should be always encouraged. No creature is superior or inferior should be the principle in everyone life.

It is very heart breaking.They also have feelings like us and they should be given freedom.

Birds and animals are better when they are free and it is really a lamenting factor that in India where people fought for their freedom to get themselves free from the age old oppression of British their view is indifferent when it comes to the freedom of animals and birds. Humans have no right to imprison and put them in cages when God has sent them free in this world like any other humans. I don't know when this biased thinking will eradicate completely from our society and when we will give our animals and birds a chance to breathe in free air...

That is very true that even birds have rights to live on this planet and liberty should be given to them.

I had studied a poem in lower class...a bird sings.
Eventhough I am caged in a golden cage
I lost my freedom to fly
I need freedom
rather than a golden cage.

Freedom is something that everyone need who is living . You should restrict them from liberty.

Still many of us cage parrots and love birds in our house for beautifying our house!
