If we peep at Greg Chappel's cricketing carrier then he is someone who has been under controversies through out his carrier either playing cricket or sitting at the hot seat of a coach and it was quite revealed in era of Sourav's captaincy also that most of the players were dissatisfied with his attitude and behavior...

He was a disputed coach and it hurts the image of the team as well as the concentration of the players.They used to practise less and get embroiled in one or the other disputes.
