The Mahabharata is written by Lord Ganesha. In fact Ved Vyasa helped lord Ganesha in writing Mahabharata....

Ved Vyas was the author of the epic. Ganesh was like a stenographer. He simply got dictation and composed nothing himself.

Vyasa was the author of Mahabharata.
