Movies have a deep impact on teens now-a-days and they seem to have become more violent then ever. They act, behave and sometimes try to copy what they see their favorite icons performing on the silver screen without realizing the fact that real life and reel life is totally different. Apart from movies, I do think that advertisements also seem to have a deep impact in their minds and there are more instances when they tried to perform certain stunts and did themselves serious damages...
Movies are also a media of entertainment and information. Teenagers are on the verge of turning to adulthood. They are bound to gradually know everything and movies cannot be altogether avoided. Censor Board seesthe aspect of affect on minors and so the adult content movies are given 'A' certificate. Still, they will either see the movies by hiding real age or at least they may read the movie magzine. As long as teenagers devote more time to studies and games, the movies will have no adverse affect on them.
Teenagers form a diverse group with different tastes and backgrounds and films do provide entertainment as well as educational content. It's for them to decide!
