It depends on the nature of work one has to perform. But training is always beneficial. If the person is well trained in the same work they may not require the same amount of training.
This depends on job. Every establishment is unique. It is often necessary to get some training inclusive of organization setup, job processes, role of different branches and personnel and their inter relation and finally the new entrant's status and role in organization, rules of conduct, time schedule and employee benefits like leave, holiday, bonus.
Training is something, a person needs if a person don't have enough knowledge of the work he is supposed to do. So,at this situation training is very necessary.
Yes I do believe in the fact that training is necessary in all kinds of job and perhaps it gives one the knowledge about the job and about ones personal role in the job. That's the reason we see in most of the multinational and national companies they provide training to the employees either paid or unpaid, either experienced or not and really it is such a vital part for any employee to know the nature of the job and in turn about the organization...
Training is always important in any form of jobs at any level whether one is fresher or experienced. Some gets inhouse training where as other's get on the job training.
Training is a great part when you embark upon a new job whether you are into a new organisation or the is any departmental change. If anything new is to be done and you are novice in that field, you need the training. Moreover, if it comprises of group of people, it gives an opportunity to socialise with them and to have fun and learn various skills.
