Its feels very bad when some article rejected after many day of being approval.
It is because we feel happy and relax when the article is approved and when we are waiting for the money for that article to get credited, we see that the article is rejected. It feels very bad it happened to my 9 article's.

I will suggest for the benefits of we all that the decision should be taken once that the article should be accepted or not.

what do you say lovely members.

please comment!!!!!!!! :(

I agree with you PANKAJ KUMAR... The decision should be taken only once that the article should be accepted or not.
Pankaj, there are many reasons for disapproval after it is approved.

1. The content may found copied
2. The content was modified and not appropriate for approval
3. The administrator feels it is not worth publishing after an editor approve it.
4. The content is not formatted properly for publishing.

And so on. So admin will reserve right to unpublish any article even if it is approved.
I agree with Maverick. But the articles should be considered approved only after finally accepted by Admin. First approval, then disapproval is odd. Hence after editor's approval only, the articles hould not be marked 'approved'. This should be after final acceptance by administration.
The articles must be approved only after the administration is reviewed.
I agree with Pradeep. It approved only after the admin reviewed. I also feel very bad of my 2 articles.
A writer feels disappointed when his article get rejected after a long wait. But there may be some reason as Maverick pointed out.
I think the two stage approval can be converted into single stage.
Just to clarify the things :

Editor only writes the comment as approved as you see in all your articles comments.

The status will shows as pending till the admin approves and gives cash credits.

So literally the article is not approved completely, it only accepted by editor.

Since the editor might miss out copied contents because of any reason and found by admin or for that matter any other reason admin believes the article is not eligible, he will disapprove it (ofcourse changes comment).

Disapproving already published article is something serious matter as it is done only if the article is doing harm to community (like violates terms, illegal content, copyright violation etc.)
Thanks for clarification Maverick. I suggest that in order to remove confusion, when editor approves an article, the remark should be 'Recommended' instead of 'approved'. 'Approved' should mean final acceptance.
I think current system is good no need to change anything. Everyone know when article approve finally. When it got cash credit then its final approval. Anyway Sorry this cause may be due to my mistake .

Now i will take more care on article approval.
Whatever I could make out from these posts is that administrator is final approving authority and editor's clearance is just one of these two-step process! Am I correct? It's a sound system.
Yes you are right ceem so members should be ready to face disapproval at any stage either at editor or moderator review.
Hello friends,
Well, Its a very hot topic now for members.

okay, let me ask a question to all of you.
Have Boddunan ever compromised with the quality of the article?
Have Boddunan ever allowed any member to post copied content?

let me tell you, We have banned one of the member Rekha Garg rekhagarg for postin copied content in huge numbers.

If members want then we may review the Editors n Admins(Cash creditor) guidelines.
Would like to hear from all. Any views suggestions and comments.

regards
We must maintain quality of articles and ensure utmost honesty and integrity. It is commendable that copying is disallowed. If copied content is discovered at any stage, even after approval, strict action is necessary. I agree with the ban on Rekha Garg as intimated by Atul P. Barapatre.
boddunan should either select the article finally or reject it. it is not good that committee is accepting or rejecting the articles .It hurt the people who are its active members.
It's really sad, I know how it feels, it should have been rejected first only not after many days of approval
Can we have 4-eye concept in editing the article...that is the checking at two different levels. That will make the conclusion more error free.

I know that the number of articles is too high as compared to the number of devoted editors. It is just a suggestion if we could have this kind of setup
Hi Atul,

I am sorry to say that I HAVE come across some low quality articles on Boddunan. I have even posted a thread regarding article review and credit allocation.
I think either you have to review your guidelines or ensure that your Editors take their review more seriously!!
I think a lot of confusion can be cleared up if members are not informed at the intermediate stage of editorial clerance!

This is something that does not happen very often, only in exceptional cases. I must point out that some writers really try to outsmart editors. There has been an instance where a person submitted same article at the same time and day on boddunan and an another website. So there was no question of being able to catch that person doing this and the article was approved. Only a few days later I was reviewing this person's article and found this out as the article was now visible on google search as appearing on two websites and we had to reject the already approved article.

So is this an editor's fault??? or the person's who is following dishonest means?? When it has been clearly stated that it is against the copyrights policy to publish same content on different websites or even copy content from other sources, people are still doing it. Another point worth thinking on the authors' part!
