NO..i dnt have paypal account yet.,,but i want to make..can anybody tell me how to make paypal account..

Paypal is a necessity now a days to do transactions securely and online and yes I do have a paypal account and suggest everyone to have one when doing online transactions...

yes , first you should have to make your own pan card, previously it was not needed but now it is compulsory to open a personal or a premier or a business account. just go to www.paypal.com and create one account if possible you can fill my as your referRal PANKAJB90@REDIFFMAIL.COM.
