Accountability of boss

It is said that there prevails two golden rules in any organisatin:

Rule1: Boss is never wrong.
Rule2: If he is wrong,refer to rule.

People normally follow this. Many a times we get good bosses who listen to every one before concluding. But when you report to a stubborn and dictator boss, you are left with no option but to follow him as revolt can't always be the right decision.

Many a commercial organization met a heavy fate when it failed to meet the rigorous standards of accountability and meek surrender to boss's whims and fancies only indicates sycophancy and doesn't ultimately pay!
