Yes I feel this is a very sensitive issue and parents should try to stop them from wearing these kind of dresses like they can simply refuse them to buy such clothings and simply don't allow them to wear such stuffs...

Yes,I agree with you.Their sexy dressings are leading to most of the sexual harrassments.Parents should assist thier daughters about it.
