Union Defence Minister has stated that key to normalizing relations between India and Pakistan is dimantling of terrorist camps. But currently, it appears that it is too much to expect. Possibly, a section of Pakistan Defence services is already Talibanized. Take over of Pakistan by Taliban cannot be ruled out.
