now i don't know the remaining procedure means how to get that money to me

When you reach minimum threshold, payment is sent without any further action by you. You need not apply for payment. But please check 'payment profile' in 'my earnings'. You must complete your address in 'payment profile' in 'my earnigs'. The Boddunan management gets your address from here and sends a cheque.

means there is no need to have any PIN to finally opt for the payment
or some thing like that

and in how many days will it come to me

You have reached minimum payout because you deserve for it. If your address is right then you will get all think (Cheque ,pin etc) at your home by currier .

Pin comes only first time to check whether your address is correct or not once it verified then cheque will come.
