Are girls meaner than boys?

No,its not like. Being meaned is ones character.We cant say as a whole as boys or girls.

Meanness is a bad quality and this is not gender based. Any one- boy or girl could be mean.

This trait of human character varies from person to person but that doesn't mean that it is gender based. Any one could be mean at a time or not at all!!
