Now the crimes are taking place every time everywhere. There are more criminals than law abiding citizens. If you begin interfering everywhere, you will not be able to do anything. But I will interfere if this is essential. I may take direct action either singly or with help of some and report to police.

I think this time police team and army force big enough to tackle terror matter till date we can sleep well.

If people and police join criminals, there is obviously no remedy on spot. You may need to send an EMAIL to highger authorities includinginternational.

It is a fact that crime happens everywhere and every second in this world and very often we try to stay away from all these to save ourselves from any such trouble. But everyone is not like that there are persons who take the required action by reporting it to the required legal authority. And after it is reported it is the duty of the legal authorities to take the necessary action...
