Crimes against gays etc.

I too believe that everybody should be treated justly and given equal opportunity and if there is any crime against with gays, lesbians then it should be dealt with strong action. In our society, gays and lesbians are a matter of joke and laughing stock for the society and this kind of attitude should be stopped. But the good news is that there are certain NGO'S who are working for their betterment and to change the approach of the society towards them...

Howsoever liberal we may be, socially unaccepted behavior is a matter of ridicule. The gay/ lesbians should also understand this and not make them an object of ridicule by bluntly expressing their traits. However, there should be no discrimination against them.

yes,I agree with you .There should be no discrimination or harassment of those deviating from social norms on sexuality. All are equal in the society.Thank you for sharing.
