Blogs in the response

I find blog address in the response of many members, but i don't find my blog in my response, how do we add a blog address in the response

You may edit your profile for adding blog address. You need to go through relevant editing buttons carefully for successful addition of what you want and deletion of what you don't.

I have edited my profile by adding my blog, but then to i don't find any change

I think there is a footer section in our profile.You add the blog name there.

I also was not aware of these facilities till recently.Still am not able to add PM tab!Can any one help?
