thats great to know about this. I am a lover of meditation. for one year i worked out meditation . I got positive results. but my dad is not letting me do meditation at terrus. if we do meditation at teruss as it will be more peaceful we will have good result very soon. can any one tell me how to convince him or tell any meditation trick to convience people
