Men forget and not forgive. Women forgive but do not forget. When should one forgive and when not. Personally, I would never seek forgiveness. I am open to punishment, penalty or any consequences. Seeking forgiveness is like begging.

If the guilty person really realized that he was wrong then, we should forgive that person......
This is also a matter of relations. There is nothing like guilt, forgive etc between couples and lovers. Love and mutual affection alone matters. Anger, forgiving and penalizing are all part of love.
However cruel you are,but at one place , you have the tendancy to forgive people. And i believe that you should have this tendancy . If not, i don;t think that you are human
To err is human and forgive divine. we are not divine and so noteasy to forgive. Moreover, never forgive if the wrong doer does not repent and correct.
