Using negative

Here is an example of wrong use of negative.

A thread is titled as:

TOPIC: Why people don't participate very rare and less in Q and A section?


Here Don't is superfluous and changes the very meaning. Either 'Don't' should be omitted or 'very rare' be changed to 'very often'. Not participating very rare means 'participating often'. The title could be simple as : Why people participate less in Q and A.
