Google is proper noun. Hence this should begin with capital 'g'. names of persons, cities, search engines should begin with capital letter.
But many proper nouns are not seen red underlined when written in small cases.

This depends on Computer dictionary. If you add 'google' in your computer dictionary, this will not be marked red. However, the grammar rule is that proper nouns should begin with capital letter. Some times, a proper noun is used as common noun as well. For example, Tom, Henry and dick are proper noun, but when you say: every tom, henry and dick, the use is as common noun.

Because most of the names are not added to the dictionary of the software for which they are not seen red underlined when written in small cases.I believe am correct!

This may not be correct. Your name is also not in dictionary but this appears red. In fact, any word not included in dictionary is marked read. Hence 'Pradeep' 'kumar', 'nanda' also appear red.
OK Gulshan. But if one adds it to dictionary will it work for all?

Certainly. Whatever youadd to dictionary will be acceptable and not marked red. But this will be only on the computer used by you.
OK, so when used in between words google should have been right as we can use a proper noun any where in a sentence.

Ajay. This is simple grammar. Proper nouns begin with capital letter. Google is name of search engine. Thus this is proper noun and should begin with capital G.

If we write googling, this is again shown as misspelling. Daily new words are being coined. But these will be shown wrong until included in computer dictionary.

No need to wait. You may yourself add to the computer dictionary on your computer. Just right click the misspelt word and click 'add to dictionary'. The word will be added. But this is only on your computer.
