China is worried on disposal on nuclear waste in sea. Japan is expected to consult beforehand for such decisions. Howevr, japan informed later.

It was necessary to dispose the radio active water. But Japan should have consulted the neighboring countries before that.

Yes. Fish and other sea animals and entire enviornment will bea affected. China is neighboring country and hence worried. There should be some way to dispose the radio active water in a more harmless manner.
