All countries are now facing these new type of war - virus attack to cyber centres that control the whole country.
Aggression is the best defence. In 1962, we lost because we were merely defending. In 1965, instead of mere defending, we attacked Pakistan from another location and won. In Bangladesh war also, we were offensive.

Similarly, when we are attacked in cyber war, we ahould actively raise cyber war and not merely defend.
