Adwani's birth right

Does Adwani really think that Prime ministership is his birthright. Manmohan Singh said so in parliament. Jaitley says that the concept of birthright is alien to BJP which is democratic. This aerises from Congress way of dynaatic politics. There are again retorts by Congress. Here are links.
