I don't know the after effects of this decission.But I think it will reduce the burden of common people.

The proposal was nicknamed as 'misery tax'. Nobody goes to an hospital in his good times. A patient is already in misery and burdening him with service tax would add to misery. Hence, the proposal is dropped.
