They do not deserve any mercy but the apex court has to see that justice should not only be done but also be seen. Hence a stay has been granted till hearing by the apex court.

ya defintly suprim court court provide the facility to relief talwar because they faces lot of problem in under police castedy

They should face some difficulty as the case is too bad one.So relief is not advised.
