Theory and practice differ. The woman was not expert in writing and explaining in words. so, she failed. She could have passed the practical driving set. I am sure that the Boddunan members cannot fail in any theory test though they may fail in actual test. Personally, I do not know swimming. But after reading some information by Google search, I may write an article on swimming even though I may never actually swim.
