I have observed that some members are repeatedly using 'is' wrongly. For example:
Affirmative: Rama is a man.
Interrogative: Is Rama a man ?
But many are writing : "Is Rama is a man?
Here the second 'is' is superfluous.

Is Rama a Man?
Where have you been so long?
what is your name?
Which one among these belongs to you?
Do you love me?
Have you gone mad?
In all the above interrogative sentences, auxilliary verb comes first and then comes noun and pronoun. This is the first rule. If you remember this you won't make mistake.
