Crimes by powerful politicians and bureaucrats

hmm...forget about the punishment it will nearly take 1 to 2 years for the case to appear, and after scheduling and resheduling for another 10 to 15 years,the case will finally come to a conclsuion which won't be sufficient at all....
And if you question the court, they will reply that they have got a constitution to follow, the lenghthiest constitution in the world....
And if you take the case to higher courts which means your sons and grandsons have to fight for you to get justice...

It's mainly because of the fact that our ruling elite suffers from the megalomania. The members of this elite class have developed a belief or should I say a conviction that they can get away with doing anything scot-free.They are laws unto themselves!Most unfortuately our judiciary has not exactly covered itself with glory in bringing these shameless criminals to book. If you look at the years taken in handing out punishment to a brute of a top cop who thoroughly disgraced him in being instrumental behind the tragic end of a promising girl , it would send a chill down your spine- 19 long years and imprisonment for six months!! I felt so moved that I did an article on it and I don't know how many of you have gone through this piece.

I('m glad chinmoymukherjee wrote an article on the topic. I shall definitely read it. He defintely agrees that those i high positions have more responsibility but they are functining recklessly.

Our laws had big loop holes rather than the laws.So whatever crime committed by politicians will be rubbed away when favourable condition comes.But if a common man had done the sin it will be his last sin.His entire life will be in prison,police station and court after that.This condition is to be changed first as our constitution offers equality among all citizens of India.

abid- Same crime by a person entrusted with responsibility is more. Thus a passenger smoking in a public bus is less guilty than the staff like Bus conductor. A police person indulging in eve teasing is more guilty than a student. Our law should recognize this and those in position of authority must be given exemplary punishment.

I do agree that those who are entrusted with the job of enforcing laws,if turn violators,should be subjected to exemplary punishment.

Olden days character most powerful than money and post.


Now the trend completely changed that, power can do anything.


At last, "money makes many things"


Olden days Criminals supported politicians.

Now Criminals themselves entering into politics.


Police power also supporting the criminals.

Hence crimes rate is increasing now.
