Female Govt employee dismissal set aside.

There is restriction on second marriage of a government employee. A female employee can not marry an individual who has is already married. A government employee already having a wife living was compulsorily retired for the offense of marrying a female employee. The female employee was dismissed. Later, the compulsory retirement of the male employee was revoked. The High court revoked dismissal of the female employee as she could not be dealt with more harshly than the male counterpart.
