Is Delhi unsafe for Women?

Delhi is rightly considered Rape Capital. Delhi is city of criminals, rapists and lecherous elements. It is pity that the leaders talk about reducing crimes instead of enforcing law.

Delhi and the entire national capital (rather crime) region is totally unsafe for all, more for women. Men with belongings are unsafe. women are unsafe even if empty handed. There are daily events of killings, rape, molestations. The Delhi students are protesting against killing of college girl. Delhi C.M. blames Police.

Police have arrested a number of persons on basis of sketch. But yet there is no witness about Radhika murder. It is obvious that eye witness can be seldom available. The students are campaigning vigorously for swift action by police in the matter.

I have been to Delhi and know how bad things are.What has struck me is the popular apathy of its residents to shed their selfishness to combat various social crimes which are committed with impunity!

The killer has been identified. Two are arrested. Let us hope guilty will not be spared.

It is revealed that the stalker killed the girl in third attempt. He had been earlier humiliated by beating in public. He wanted revenge against the girl for his public humiliation.

It is reported that the killer is a psychopath. He used to follow girls. The girl had insulted him and even beat him on road. This led to killing.

It is astonishing that such facts come to light only after the sad event. If he is actually a psychopath, his parents/ guardians should be responsible for his treatment and checking him so as to safeguard public life and property.

It appears that most criminals in Delhi claim to be psychopath. If it is really true, Government need to create more facilities of psychopathy treatment in NCR.
