My Father's bank account in Bank of India has been debited Rs. 1001.97 twice in two successive months. He hasn't taken any insurance plan from them. What should I do to get back the money that has been debited? I was thinking of approaching Consumer Forum but I don't know the procedure. Help in this matter please. :)

Visit official site of Bank of India. Lodge complaint with the Bank by clicking appropriate button. I hope bank authorities will solve the problem.
