Ramdev to enter politics; Cong, BJP worried

The most malignant of diseases can be cured through his yogic postures, Baba Ramdev claimed. But his forey into politics to cleanse the system has got him into a tangle with the Congress. The party demanded that Ramdev make public details of his properties and enlit sources of income.

BJP has more to fear. Ramdev will corner a share of the Anti congress/ establishment votes. Thus the opposition space will be partly shared by Ram Dev. This may actually benefit congress
Guess who is going to be the next PM? :) He is Nitish Kumar, the CM of Bihar. Baba Ramdev is supporting him and I am 110% sure that this is going to happen. What do you think? :)

There is no direct election to Prime Minister post. Elected members will decide this. Baba Ramdev's support to any one is not of much help. Moreover, Baba Ramdev will simply divide Anti congress votes and thereby help congress.
Why he needs to get into politics, he is better off with his yoga..
Or even he wants a lots of money?
Why do people always find "Politics" as final ground to try their hands in?

Ramdev would require more than his Yogic skills to cure Indiam politics of its multiple disorders!
We all know the condition of Indian Politics now. Our country is still facing big risks from its neighbours as well as far off counties. Despite our sense of security, we are insecure. We need to be a big power now. And all these traditional politicians can't do that. They are more concerned about themselves and they lack future vision. So, new leadership is required and I think all these events that are happening nowadays all around are sign of a big change. Lets see what happens. :)
I wonder what Baba Ramadev is going to do in the field of Politics!!!
Both Congress and BJP should worry if they had done wrong.Good thing.
Baba Ramdev would better launch a massive movement for clean and honest politics rather than himself entering the arena. It is more important to educate and enlighten the voters than entering electoral politics.
Let us see how Ramdev Baba is going to cleansen politics..Though he may be good in yoga, it is new area he has entered.

I Think, that's what he is doing.
I completely agree with Aman's mature views. If he sees himself as a crusader let him launch this movement to raise public awareness.
I think one of the important qualities of a successful person is courage and Baba Ramdev has shown he has it, so to me, he has cleared his first test in politics. Those who sit by the side of the sea and talk about the tempest can never dream of becoming a captain of a ship.It is only through healthy politics that we shall be able to clean dirty politics,so I welcome Baba Ramdev's decision to enter politics.
Politics is like this.Today's friend tomorrows enemy and viceversa.
I don't think any saint or baba should have any direct role in politics and history is in my support. Certain roles even indirect are more powerful than the direct ones.Swami Vivekananda and his views are as relevant as powerful amongst the youth today as ever.Even I am disappointed with the role played by his disciples today.Swami raised his strong voice against the ills which afflicted society in his time but his followers seem to be more happy rubbing shoulders with powers that be today!
