In Kerala, congress has development agenda

Congress is putting development as its agenda in Kerala for next assemble elections. Congress is also taking credit for central government contribution to Kerala state. This is ridiculous. The Central Government funds are also raised from tax payers who reside in states. This is only constitutional arrangement. Center has no existence apart from states. Every Indian lives in some state or union territory. Congress gave same ridiculous statement in Bihar and people gave a rebuff.
