Pilot who can't land right

how people become pilot if they cannot make landing of flight right?

Thank god, it was a miraculous escape for all 100 passengers. It is better she takes a refresher course on landing techniques. She cannot risk the life of other passengers for her learning.

Many Airports in India have a very difficult run way as in Mangalore and many others as mentioned in Goa. The Pilots are allocated based on their experience to Indian Runways and no new pilot or inexperienced pilot will be given duty on Indian flights.

i think the runway area is not properly built in Goa airport, hope they change it rather than changing the pilot..

No, in this case the fault is with the pilot only. Her data records for the past few landings she made were collected and analyzed and then they arrived at a decision.
