According to you, what changes should be made in the Indian way of giving justice, to make it more stringent and to fasten it up?

They should avoid putting in pending state for so many years.Death penalty should be awarded to terrorists and mercy petition should not be allowed.
First of all there should be a change in the Judiciary system itself. Re-appealing should not be there and you know many death penalties are still in stake and not yet given to the prisoners.
Indian judiciary system should take necessary steps to avoide unnecessary delay for giving justice.
Lot of rules are section are outdated and not applicable for todays life maybe change is necessary there.
Justice delayed is justice denied. Steps should be taken to provide speedy justice. More authority should be vested in Panchayats. All cases where maximum punishment is not more than one year imprisonment should be left to village panchayats and the litigants persuaded to settle dispute themselves. The courts should instead devote more time to serious cases of corruption, treason, adulteration of food and drugs, embezzlement of government money.
