Dress code for educational institutions is absolutely necessary. The dispute about proper dress can no be avoided without such code. A college Principal considered that the dress of college girl was improper. He asked he to unzip to see what was inscribed on the shirt. This invited trouble.

Here the Principal was not misbehaving. He just wants students to wear appropriate dress. The dress code problem can be settled by introducing uniform.

He did not try anything wrong. He did not ask to remove her shirt. He wanted to see what was inscribed on the shirt as he felt something objectionable. If a uniform is prescribed and enforced, there will be no issue.
