Excellent article ! So, basically we parents and schools too are teaching our children to make wrong food choices.If care is being taken and school canteen is run with some supervision by the authorities , things would be much better.I too find that children hardly go out and play these days, they are either on the computer or in front of the Tv if not at the tuition classes..
Parents and schools must take response on children. They also must have physical work to maintain their health good.

Obesity is a very serious problem.If not care from childhood and lead to many disease.If a child is very fat from birth an if their parents find that their weight increases day by day then those child should have regular exercise,must have control over fat food.
Even if kids eat till their stomach fill completely, parents are not satisfied. It's one of the reasons of obesity in early childhood. Second one is junk food.
Too much of gaining weight can harm our body.So we must be careful about our health.

Very correct. Once I was at Pune. There my brother gave some thing to his son (my nephew) to eat. The child was not hungry. He ate after persuasion but soon vomited.
Yes, today's generation people are eating a lot. Especially, small children eat lot of fast food. They need to have a good control on their habits to be in good shape.

I think not only in childhood, but rather we have to very careful through our life in eating habits.

Truth is that, kids hesitate to eat food.
Earlier a family has 5-10 kids. So, they won't get enough food or favourite items. But now, atomic families, parents are more caring their kids giving them everything. So, they love to eat junk food than normal food, which is not at all advisable. :whistle:

Earlier, people do physical work a lot..so need more food. Now, less physical work, but more fried and junk food.
Now a days children likes to eat junk food than home made food which is making them fat. As this is not good for our country and them.
Obesity is a problem that many children face from a very young age. I remember my childhood friend who was very bulky and how she yearned to wear clothes of her choices because she could not fit in the ones she usually liked. :dry: She could not eat anything and everything she wished to eat because she had to be on a controlled diet to shed weight. Obese people tend to loose confidence also.
I have seen old photos of many heroines like Sonam Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha. They both reduced more than 40-50 kgs to act in films.
So, where there is a will there is a way!!!

But reducing fast weight is also not good for health they are many disorders due to fast reducing.
To get rid of unwanted fat we need to be careful about our diet.We must have a regular exercise and eat healthy food.
Days after days my fatness is increasing. Whatever I eat, it makes me gain weight and more of fats. I was healthy child right from my birth. I think this tips will help me.
Just maintain a balance calory. What are going and what are you taking-this should be maintained and then no fear to be fat.
To get rid of fat we must avoid eating too much of those food which contain fats.Else we should have proper exercise to control our body.
Water, Excercise, no junk , fruits.... best combo... :) :)
To get rid of obesity one must have proper exercise.Specially children suffer from these problems.They must avoid eating junk food and should play outdoor games.
Too much body fat is not good for health.It can cause to many disease.
