We often do many things in an angry mood and later repent. Why this happens? This is caused by mismatch between what we expect and what happens. This is result of a research. See the link:

Many people are prone to short temper's. but that doesn't mean that they are often in anger mood, in other words there is no such mood as ANGER. Its just a state of sense where in a person tends to do something to make things happening in favor to his/her own expectations. The things which a person does during ANGER can be either good or bad.
Anger cannot be controlled in a human being, but the consequences could be controlled by the same being. In the other words a being can control the consequences of his/her anger by doing good things than doing bad.

Nobody can control anger when an occasion comes. The best thing is not to be angry. This needs that you should not expect too much from anyone. Unreasonable expectations when not realized cause frustration that turns in anger.
